Biography

Myrto's professional journey is guided by a belief that learning becomes meaningful when it connects knowledge with experience, people and purpose. Her approach is experiential, participatory and rooted in real life.

Studies in International and European Politics and International Relations, combined with extensive experience across different European environments, developed her critical thinking, intercultural awareness and ability to communicate across contexts.

For more than fifteen years, Myrto has worked across education and culture, focusing on international project development, educational programme design, event management and multidisciplinary teams. At Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V., she serves as Deputy Chair and Senior Programme Manager, overseeing international projects and educational outputs in youth work, education, culture and social inclusion.

Her experience has shown that young people and professionals increasingly need capabilities beyond formal education or technical expertise. Clear communication, critical thinking, reflection and constructive engagement with different perspectives are essential for responsible participation in modern societies.

As a Skills Shift advisor, Myrto brings expertise in human-centred learning, cross-cultural intelligence and programme delivery, helping ensure learning experiences remain relevant, inclusive and purposeful.
